Jungle Safari in Nepal
Chitwan Jungle safari is the famous Jungle Safari of Nepal which is situated in southern central Nepal, covering 932 sq.km covered with deciduous forests overlooking the floodplains of Narayani, Rapti and Reu rivers. It was declared UNESCO Natural Heritage Site in 1979. The park headquarters at Kasara is 21 km drive from Bharatpur which is 20 minutes by air or 146 km by road from Kathmandu.
Bardia jungle safari is going popular day by day between Nepal travelers. Bardia National Park is located in Nepal’s western plain lands, east of the Karnali River, covering an area of 968 sq.km. It is the largest and most undisturbed protected area in the Terai, home to many endangered species including tiger, wild elephant, rhinoceros, swamp deer, blackbuck, gharial crocodile, marsh mugger crocodile and Gangetic dolphin.
